      Company had terrible system for processing and tracking payments made to their physician offices, Account balances were a mess in the accounting. Managers were very apathetic and favored select employees.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
