      Everyone was very warm and welcoming at my hospital. My team helped my professional development with kind support.

      Cons

      I do not have prior experience to compare to, however I believe the further education allowance could be better and easier to access. I did not receive many benefits as a per diem position.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
