The pay is competitive to other hospitals in western NY
Cons
The staffing is terrible and we are often short. Management does not appreciate their employees, we never get a "good job" for anything that we do even if we go above and beyond for our patients. Whenever we are short staffed, they never say "thank you for working so hard", it's always "why isn't this done?". Catholic health treats you as just a body used to help them make money instead of treating you like actual human beings.
