Pros
Middle management worked well with staff. Director of the unit I worked for very compassionate and understanding of life challenges. The team worked with is like a family. Training/orientation was thorough.
Cons
Attendance policy doesn't make sense. Even with a Doctor's note and a legitimate illness, it still counted against you the same as a no call, no show. Unless it was FMLA, the attendance policy was rigid and didn't take into account responsible call outs even with plenty of notice. The insurance benefits are okay ONLY if you are with in the network which was very small and primarily CMC based.
