      Pros

      CMC welcomed me to their team of Professional Coders while I was a CPC-A. Great opportunity for those who are driven to learn and ask questions.

      Cons

      Although the team is very helpful and welcoming, the education side of the job is not consistent. It appears many times the only way to learn is after a mistake is made. It would be more useful if the administration provided education in a more concise manner.

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people I worked with, busy every shift, learned a lot (being a student it was great).

      Cons

      Every place has stuff you are not going to love I guess. There was no direct issue with then that drove me to leave. I left when I was offered a position at an office, and after covid I was just ready for a change.
