      Pros

      Worked with a lot of good people, liked caring for patients, opportunities to work on other floors and to learn

      Cons

      Unfortunately the staff to patient ratio made it difficult to give optimal care, work is very physically demanding as well on med-surg unit

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people I worked with, busy every shift, learned a lot (being a student it was great).

      Cons

      Every place has stuff you are not going to love I guess. There was no direct issue with then that drove me to leave. I left when I was offered a position at an office, and after covid I was just ready for a change.
