Very out of touch - Executive Catholic Relief Services Employee Review

Not the most Christian organization, despite their name. They really don't care about you. Small minds and mean spirits at US HQ in Baltimore. Mediocrity is the gold standard -- they are not open to new ideas or collaboration. Lots of backbiting, mean talk and cliques - worse than in high school! Don't rock the boat or you will be ostracized and criticized. Frequent use of bogus "Performance Improvement Plans" to force employees to quit. Highly dysfunctional. Almost everyone hates it there but they need the work. No opportunities for advancement. Relatively low salaries.
