-It is a place to build your career successfully, and there is an opportunity to grow. -They have an education allowance, and management encourages you to move up to the next level; they are willing to support end-to-end higher education for all their employees. -Wonderful team of professionals loving what they do every single day

Cons

-There is a total lack of work-life balance, as employees typically handle the workload of two to three people, and it gets worse over time. - Compensation packages are bad, especially for non-US remote staff performing global duties. There is no equity when it comes to compensation. You can grow your career and keep climbing the ladder, but you will not be compensated economically.

Pros

A positive organization to learn and grow in. This was my first employer in the international development and relief sphere and I found the org/it's people really encouraging of learning. They hire a lot from within and I saw many people have progressive roles.

Cons

There was a lawsuit about a gay employee not receiving benefits for their same-sex spouse, The org's hands are tied by the board made up of Catholic Bishops who unfortunately aren't moving on this issue.
