Cator Ruma is a busy thriving company who cares about their employees. Over half of the 100+ employees have been with the company for 10, 15, 20+ years! No company is perfect but no employee is perfect either. You get out of it what you put into it.
Cons
Nine hour work days Monday thru Thursday can get long, but when you only have to work 4 hours on Friday morning it is worth it. There are lots of people to get to know in their three locations and when people work remote sometimes it takes longer. But more employees means more opportunity to find mentors and friends.
