They are not a big company

Cavan hits all of the big 3: Excellent Management: The executive team is clear with their goals for both the company and for individual tasks and employees. They maintain an open environment with a team that is deeply knowledgeable and more than willing to step in and lend a hand. The yearly review process is fair and allows for additional communication if needed, but this is not an issue as the executives are all imminently approachable. Employee Growth: Both experienced employees and new hires are encouraged to grow into new areas and attend training and events which will support individual careers. Managers also take personal goals into account and provide recommendations based on real experience, often based in decades of work with the customer. Office Environment: The team at Cavan sets the bar for office environments. Teamwork , particularly across tasks, is a huge driver for the success of the company and I've not met someone in the company at large who wasn't willing to pitch in on an effort at the drop of a hat. The company recruits only top performers in their fields and promising talent, so additions to the team only improve the field.
