Pros
Flexibility, but when you don't offer much incentive, they have to be flexible. Clients are amazing. Helping others is a passion. Great place to get experience, however they are unable to keep quality employees. The only game in town of this service.
Cons
High turnover rate. Low salaries. Management is not approachable and their "leadership" styles are outdated and ineffective. Not enough emphasis or trainings for staff to improve upon their skillsets. No incentives are offered to keep valuable employees.
