Pros
At Cazenovia Recovery you are in a meaningful line of work and feel a strong sense of purpose. The work culture is also amazing and coworkers become like family to you. As a Non-Profit Organization, the pay isn't as high as some private corporations, but the benefits package for full time employees is far better than I've seen with any other employer. They compensate for extra shifts, shift differential, mileage if assisting in another program/department and there's also excellent PTO and sick time. There work life balance is excellent and you feel a strong sense of accomplishment. Management and Administration are always responsive and supportive.
Cons
This field can be stressful, but staff and management are supportive and can assist with this.
