Pros
Training on the sales process, compensation (only to a certain level), and opportunity. Great leadership, rewards and contests and support among peers. Good experience provided in selling managed services, telecommunications and cloud services to the SMB business sector.
Cons
Turnover is definitely a Con. Turnover is popular among both sales people as well as manager, but not upper-level leadership. Confusion among the direction of the company and sales goals/focus was a common issue, especially between 2012 and 2014. The customer experience deteriorated during this time as well.
