Pros
The CEO and executive team members strive for diversity, equality, and fairness and the company cares deeply about quality of patient care. The technical environment that the company provides is second to none. There is a lot of support and resources available to be on the cutting edge of technology.
Cons
Company culture in EIS negates the executive team's effort for fairness, equality, and diversity. EIS HR sided with the management when an employee reported inappropriate and unfair behavior of a director. Other team members simply left his group to other companies or another group in EIS. This director's practice of favoritism and unfair/inappropriate behavior are well known even among other managers but HR penalized the employee who reported. The fear of reporting to EIS HR now permeates among the employees and managers. I would not recommend any of my friends to work at EIS.
