Cons
At the time of this review, 5 employees left in a 2 month period. The project manager is a verbally abusive micromanager, and leadership + HR refuses to address it despite years of complaints. The project manager is quick to promote male employees who shirk their responsibilities but requires high performing female employees to jump through hoops to receive verbal acknowledgement AT MOST for their efforts. The final straw was when I was racially profiled by security and HR not only took no disciplinary action against the perpetrator, but also proceeded to blame me for the incident. HR chose not to provide any off-boarding information related to things such as medical insurance termination or retirement rollover and instead decided it was important to provide me a pamphlet on unemployment even though I told them I was leaving for a new position,
