Poor management, production takes care of it self or so some would say. Not the case if your the one producing for the had that feeds you and watching everyone else cut each others throat. The culture is 3rd world and is not the celanese i heard from the old timers i know so dearly. If a man has good pay , good benefits, and retirement he should produce, YEY! Integrity has no price. No one seems to care as long as they just drift through the hostile environment. No one likes there job or the people they work with. Debt, what a drag! I'll take my chances and will not pretend!
