Ideas are listend to no matter where they come from, and will become projects if the business justification can be made. Focussed on customer satisfaction. Accomplishments are rewarded. The company has an intensive safety program, safety is a priority.
Cons
Like many companies, business is down right now so the future in somewhat uncertain. Still there seems to be committment to corporate values. Resources are diminished to cut costs, but development demands are as aggressive or more aggressive than before.
