Pros
Celanese does things well. I think they are a leader in the chemical industry for how they make decisions and run their business. Their sales, procurement and business leaders are some of the smartest people you'll ever meet, and they love to teach employees how and why they do things.
Cons
This company doesn't have a family atmosphere at all. Hyper competitive and almost backstabbing culture. There are limited management roles so high performing talent gets stuck at lower level roles with their only option for growth often being outside the company. Leaders can becomes so committed to ideas or plans that they fail to listen to evidence that counters their hypotheses.
