Pros
There is definitely more attention to the employee in Celanese, that in the other shared service centers of the city. Given the relatively small size of the corporation, a lot of visibility is immediately given to the employee. Training is well scheduled, especially the one involving SAP and workflow processess. The management is very available and open door policy is common
Cons
Being a shared service center, the positions can quickly become boring due to their very nature, however daily personal contact with the saleforce and colleagues abroad eases the pain. There is no chance of working from home, for any reason.
