In my time at Celanese I have been able to grow with the company, and see myself as more and more of not an employee of Celanese, but as a family member of a much larger extended family. As with any large company there are political games to play, things you need to know to do or not to do. However overall it is a great environment to grow, as long as you are persistent and motivated enough to do so.
