The company encourages employee growth and a career path to management positions. However, many managers are not knowledgeable in their areas of responsibility. Many managers are not hands-on, but corporate managers, stressing the already short staffed teams with additional work and no guidance. The open concept seating in their corporate office is uncomfortable and frankly, not safe in this time of covid. Everyone is literally sitting in the middle of a room. They indicate this is for collaboration efforts. However, there are few creative jobs requiring collaboration.
