Pros
Great benefits. Pay is above average. Constant social events for employees. Progressive HR policies. Free Keurig coffee and soft drinks. Work life balance exists since everyone gets a laptop at corporate. CEO is great, just don't think he really knows what is going on in the trenches. Work is extremely easy, but high volume.
Cons
Sad to say I don't disagree with all of the bad reviews on here. Extremely bureacratic. People are promoted into manegerial roles and have never had experience in the line of work they will be managing. I saw many talented people leave because they posed a threat to their upper management or they were cheated by politics. Not a good sign when the first week of work here I am told by everyone that the only way to move up is to network and never challenge management. There are many comments about the changes being made. This will never change. Constant pressure for cost reduction, so managers will constantly "improve" strategies to try to show they have value. Even if it means fixing something that is not broken.
