Pros
benefits in general. Not much else. workacholic would be happy with no family life. You can know the job inside out, but you are not taken seriousaly. If you are a good yes person and don't care about people this would be a wonderful job for you.
Cons
Upper management doesn't value employees opinion, worked jobs for years, but we do not know anything on how to run plant, forced to work overtime, no or hardly any reason is taken into consideration. Slave labor for hourly employees, expect staff to blame hourly regardless of any explanation. Terrible place to work for family life.
