Pros
The CFO and CEO are VERY engaged in the direction of the business and success of each Department. They are extremely approachable and listen intently toward new ideas for changing and benefiting the CO in general and it's people. The Software itself is extraordinarily strong and robust. Tons of potential in various market places as they continue to develop it. The people in general of this CO are a true pleasure to work with. The Clients in general are amazing, seeing themselves as partners with Celerant to be better Retailers, etc. Working with them one on one has been an outstanding experience. The CO puts in a big effort to make up for where it lacks by providing free lunches, free time off to it's employees. While dedicated to the daily success of the organization and it's Clients, Celerant has been overly flexible with employees in terms of scheduling needs and issues, etc. Investing time and resources in helping employees to be successful. Heavy on promoting within and helping to shape and direct employee's career paths.
Cons
Too much focus on developing new and custom features + new products. Need more focus on developing a stronger and easier to install, easier to configure and easier to support product that will raise customer satisfaction and aid employees in their ability to share confidence in the product(s) they are developing, installing, training on and supporting.
