Pros
I am a fairly new employee at Celerant working in the web development department and so far, I have nothing but good things to say. As far as development positions go, this is a golden opportunity because the scope of development is more full stack and not strictly frontend or backend (although there are people who are specialized in one or the other). I am constantly learning new things and every day is something different. When I started, I had little experience and they not only gave me on the job training, they gave me small projects so I could really see what area I was interested in and what I am good at. It seems important to them that I like what I'm doing and I think that speaks a lot about the company. Not to mention, we have a lot of fun here. Working with people who are nice, helpful, and relaxed has made starting my career here awesome. Our team is like one big, goofy family. People work hard and encourage each other, so it's overall a positive environment to be in. I hope to be here for many years to come!
Cons
No real complaints here. I'm not terribly used to sitting down for hours at a time, but no one minds that I stand or walk around.
