9yCelerant offers an extensive benefits package- including 3 levels of medical insurance, so our employees can choose the best plan for their individual, as well as family, needs, with significant employer contributions. Optional Dental and Optical Plans are made available, as well as company paid short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, FSA programs for both medical and child care, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We offer a 401(k) Retirement plan, of which most years the company provides a match against the individual employee contributions at the end of each annual period. We offer 3 weeks of PTO, which increases to 4 weeks after 5 years of employment/. We hold annual Performance Reviews, combined with potential salary increases for all of our staff.
