Pros

If you are looking to get your feet wet from just graduating college, this is an ok company to get entry-level experience.

Cons

-There is no personal growth within the company and a high turnover rate for the Tech Support department. -Very low chance of getting bonuses (as mentioned in the handbook) -Also, very low chance of getting a raise (what is the purpose of our reviews then?) -Lack of departmental leadership. You will get shutdown by the C-level executives. -Paychecks do not arrive on time. -The company focuses more on building a large client base rather than focusing on building strong client relationships.

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at Celerant. The culture is one of the standout aspects—it’s genuinely supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping employees succeed. People here are willing to share knowledge, work as a team, and celebrate each other’s wins, which creates a positive and motivating environment. Leadership does an excellent job of communicating the company’s vision and making employees feel valued. Managers are approachable, supportive, and invested in both personal and professional growth. It’s clear that leadership cares about building a strong team and maintaining a healthy workplace culture. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth. The company encourages learning, skill development, and taking on new challenges. If you’re motivated and eager to grow, there are real chances to advance and expand your career. Overall, this is a company that truly invests in its people. The combination of strong leadership, a positive culture, and meaningful opportunities makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

One minor downside is that because many of us work remotely, there aren’t as many opportunities to see coworkers as often as we might like. The flexibility of remote work is a huge benefit that allows for an amazing work-life balance that more than makes up for this!
