9yThank you for taking the time to post a review about Celerion. We especially liked to hear that you enjoy your coworkers. We feel we have a great set of employees across all our locations but having that reinforced is very encouraging.
The nature of our business can lead to peaks & troughs, and that results, for some depts. in the work load fluctuations that you mention. We are aware that these exist and try where possible to minimize these, although that is not always possible. As a company we do look for ways to enhance our total compensation package and recently announced an increase to the company match in our 401(k) plan.
