Business Outlook
Pros
Making the transition from another CRO to Celerion was the best decision I’ve made for my career. Celerion can demand more, the majority of the time I feel like I have an unmatched balance compared to other global CROs. If you work hard and ask for more exposure and responsibility and perform well, it is easy to advance.
Cons
Better training at onboarding. People are well qualified but they need to better understand processes before being thrown to the fire.
Yearly raises could be better matched to compete with other CROs

Thank you for your 5 star review. We are delighted that you made the right decision to join Celerion and that you feel that there are ongoing development opportunities. We have recently embarked on a couple of projects targeted at our global, site and departmental onboarding. It is our hope that these projects will address a range of topics including how new employee training is handled. Thank you again for your post.

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators.
Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
