Celerion Response
3y
Thank you for sharing your opinion of Celerion and we do indeed have great staff doing fabulous work bringing new medicines to the public. This year we have opened more new job roles than ever before leading to many internal promotions and opportunities to develop new skills. Turnover is actually low but the internal movement between departments and backfilling those positions can give the impression of attrition. Salaries are always under pressure from the market and we aim to improve. We have listened to our employee requests for more longer day shifts to reduce frequency of travel to work and breaks are factored into all shifts. We like to show our appreciation of the efforts of our employees by providing breakfasts, celebrations lunches, a family fun day and an ice cream van day this year. We will encourage managers to make more time to encourage and thank their direct reports as it is important to acknowledge good work more often.

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators.
Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
