A grp of top management dont know how to manage Even basic foundation/things are not done Blame each other Push tasks to people that are not responsible No clear responsibilities between departments Allowances not good Hr not professional at all Hr can ask ppl to resign indirectly and cannot transfer to another site because of bad management then another ppl is able to transfer?!
