      Pros

      Loved the fresh vibe at Celestica, a new startup with a friendly, diverse team and little discrimination. Really appreciated the hands-on trainings from experienced folks on simulation tools—it was super helpful! Quite a lot of team-building sessions.

      Cons

      Their benefits quite limited. Not really a lot of pantry food. But still got Parking and Toll subsidy Sometimes felt stretched thin due to limited resources.

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
