      easy atmosphere, positive management, knowledgeable and experienced employees. flexible hours, decent benefit program.

      Cons

      lots of red tape and no control or funneling of employee ambition. mediocre compensation and poor incentive structure

      - Great opportunities to work on large scale accounts and divy up into new verticals and markets. - Great teams and sincere hardworkers

      Cons

      - too much politics precluding you from moving through projects and too many half baked ideas - HQ corporate teams are extremely rigid to work with. Marketing and SC teams in particular.
