Pros
Employees are hard working and smart. Salaries and benefits are industry average. Financial leadership is strong. The company has successfully turned around. Focus on training top talent a good step.
Cons
Difficult to get a promotion. Company practice is to hire from the outside. Very little trust in existing employee workforce. Senior management do not treat their employees with respect. Alot of talented employees have left. There are two sets of rules - one for management and one for everyone else.
