Pros

Love the job being the focal person with customer, lots of challenges as the field to work-on are vast and knowledge enhancement flows deeply and creatively learned with ups and downs on work cycle.

Cons

Getting the right team to work-on on each issue is tough and too many processes makes the job tougher and takes time to manage and settle.

nice break room but its a walk to get there

Cons

The only ppl who speak English as their first language are African Americans no white ppl there hardly unless in management or office. So the rest of the employees are H1B1 visa who dont want to or cant speak English. And they only promote women it seems and minorities on the floor, I saw a group of Asian boys working on some robotic arm so yeah no cool jobs for whites
