4yWe appreciate your input and always look for ways to improve our operations. We have been addressing new hire training head on and are tracking completion for accountability.
In June we paid out bonuses to all employees in good standing and extended merit increases. We are working on recognition programs and agree everyone should feel appreciated.
We encourage you to provide direct feedback to our plant management and our CEO with specific examples of things that are frustrating you. We have an open-door policy, and our CEO and plant managers are approachable. They want to hear from you because we agree employee retention of our experienced employees is very important.
