Pros
You get to work with lots of newer technologies, and the products being built are all really cool. Management is really hands off regarding how you get stuff done, and people are given lots of personal freedoms to work whichever way works best for them. The people are friendly and helpful, and everyone is really hard working and genuinely devoted to the stuff they are building and supporting. Work life balance is encouraged, and most people are very family oriented. I've worked at companies in the past where there was a constant pressure to work late nights and weekends, and it is refreshing to be somewhere where people still work hard but value life outside the office too. Company is really stable financially, and even though it feels like a startup still they have actually been around for 10 years now.
Cons
Still lots of growing pains. It always seems like there is way too much to do in a short amount of time. Company is hiring of course but seems to be taking a long time to build out the teams.
