The time I was there was fraught with personnel problems on the implementation side of the house. I'm talking 12 weeks of lead time to project kickoff. This KILLED my deals when I told customers that they would have to pay for 3 months of their subscription without even getting to use it. This was because they panic fired many people at the start of the pandemic. Turns out, ecommerce did really well and this was a bad move.
It was not a cultural fit for me. Lots of gen X people trying a little too hard to make it a hip startup which it really is not.

They dove full-force into the diversity and inclusion thing in the wake of George Floyd. Work here if you're into that kind of thing.
