2nd Review to share my opinion on the culture - Team Lead Celigo Employee Review

Thanks to my Prebuilt Manager(Sr. director), who is in fact a great people person . Well, this comes to the point of Job security. Last month was a tough phase, where my family was going through a rough phase of Covid. And the major support was provided by my Manager. Not a single question asked about the leave(and how many days to be taken) and work timelines being affected. In fact he did personally reached out to me to encourage that he will taking care of my work and I must spend time with the family. So Job security is the major factor here during this phase and Celigo was able to indicate the Care and trust towards the employees. Thanks to my Prebuilt Director, HR and entire Team members(who got the work going on in my absence) for the support and standing along my side. I am delightful to be/will be a part of Celigo #weareceligo
