Pros

I have really enjoyed every single experience I have had so far at Celigo. The product is capitalizing on new features and truly being set up to be a disruptor in the space. I have met so many senior leaders whose resume is only surpassed by their personality and love for this company. The onboarding and training experience has been very impressive. I also have really enjoyed my role and I can see a path for me to grow with Celigo for many years to come. I am very happy I decided to join the organization!!

Cons

I really do not have any major big concerns. If I had to nitpick...the benefits package could be better in comparison to other technology organizations I have been a part of. For example - there is an accrued PTO system that is pretty outdated by other tech standard.
