Pros
The company has definitely gone through a rough time in the past 1+ years since I've been with them. There have been legitimate problems with old technology and an entrenched company culture that was negative. Thankfully, there has been a massive effort to correct those issues on both fronts since I've been with the company. Unfortunately, that meant losing people, but also doubling down on finding talent that fit the new culture better. A bigger push toward work/life balance, especially during these Covid-19 times has been very positive. The work toward stabilizing and updating the old and problematic technologies has been slow but steady. The difference in stability from one year ago compared to today is dramatic and promising for Celltrak. While, some negative reviews here definitely have a basis in the reality of the moment I am happy I stuck it through with the company. The push towards righting this ship has been massive and doing so much in a single year is impressive. + salary + work/life balance + small and nimble teams + a desire to improve the company
Cons
- old technological mistakes are still a problem
