      Pros

      Management is approachable and your direct team will always be willing to help when needed. Bonus days and unlimited PTO are an added bonus. Completely digital company allowing employees to work and thrive from home. They truly care about DEI initiatives.

      Comp plans arent the most competitive, benefits could be better
