Pros

Scheduling is a great thing that can play in your favor. Drafting and being able to pick up shifts whenever you can make for a great way to schedule things outside of work. Great products, and with Verizon you have a great service to sell.

Cons

Bad commission formula. 100% but also on a share system that can be confusing at times. Plus being 100% the time spent not selling or just doing customer service is a majority of your time. High goals that seem to only benefit management .
