Pros
Money, job culture, and management. If you work hard, it literally pays at this job. Upbeat and positive attitude from management and co-works will rub off on you, which is a good thing when working in sales. Opportunity to learn and grow yourself and sales ability. By problem solving and truly helping out customers you are not only fiscally rewarded but with life experience rewarded.
Cons
Scheduling, commission, moving up. Sometimes getting a shift covered can be difficult. There are slower months, which being 100% commission, can be frustrating. There are a lot of training's in order to take to move up, coming out of college it reminds me of busy work, but ultimately valuable things to cover and recover throughout your any point in life.
