The only thing I liked was the ability to make your own schedule and no managers in the stores, you manage yourself
Cons
I went from making 5k a month to $800 Bi-weekly for 4 months, that's how long it takes to start seeing real commission. The people who work in Hope Mills,Aberdeen, and Sanford are snobs, the environment is dead and boring and everyone sits around literally all day waiting for ups at the door. They don't speak and welcome new hires. Everyone is unhappy daily and they complain about how miserable life is and how they can't pay their bills. If a customer steals from the store on your shift, they take it out if everyone check. This was by far one of the most boring, no team environment, sales position I've ever held. The turnover rate here is unreal. Also they promise you the world in the interview and talk about people making 6 figures here. Don't believe it...run far away unless 3k a month is fine with you then hey go for it!
