Pros
Being able to work independently and free of micro managing is a huge plus here. Working with a great group of people. Although you can't request vacation or time off, once you've been there a while you can work out your schedule by switching shifts with others.
Cons
Most work stores all over your city..in some cases 50 miles away or more. No driving money. Working shifts in stores that get very low traffic. In order to be successful you must sell and not fix problems. If you try to help customers you will most likely fail at this company. If the customer doesn't know how to turn up volume, you should tell them it's broken and they need a new phone. Lie about actual costs and push bundle deals that actually save the customer zero dollars.. Hope they don't call you out on it. Also, only paid for type of phone you sell and not the plans. Iphones are hot but you don't make money selling them.
