Pros
I worked for Cellular Sales for almost 5 years. It was a great start to build experience in both wireless and leadership. The job is flexible and there is great possibility to make money. I worked with and among great people and had excellent relationships with customers. I never will regret my time there. If you get the oppritunity and want an adventure, take t. It really will be up to you to make the most of it.
Cons
For leadership, work/life balance is a bit rough. This opportunity is more gauged to very money driven individuals. You are plugged in every minute of every day. Benefits are minimal at best. Expensive insurance and no other perks to mention. No vacation, sick time, or company provided equipment (phone) Lack of advancement oppritunity- recently new changes have been input to help with this but it doesn't really feel like a promotion, more like in school when leaders were assigned in different areas to help the teachers with tasks and you got a gold star at the end of the day. Lack of benefits and long term satisfaction is overall why I left. But I wouldn't have been able to go where I now am had it not been for my experience with Cellular Sales.
