Leadership has no idea how to actually lead. They tell you a goal and what to do, but not how to do it. When you ask a question, the response is never the answer you need. They preach doing business ethically and taking care of your customer but the pay structure is set so that you have to charge way more than corporate for the phone or push a 2 year old product sold over retail in order to make money. All of the shady top reps do this. Also, when the customer catches this, it is never the original sales rep who has to resolve the situation, it is always pawned off on to someone else, usually by the store lead who is looking out for their top shady reps because they help them hit store bonus. The good ole boy system is in place as far as who gets to work at the busier locations. The top sellers are making a killing by screwing people over and are treated like gold because of the money they make for the company. They have moved to a practice of hiring 18 to 25 year olds who sign on, sell to their friends and family, and then find out that the 50k a year they were promised is pretty much unattainable so they quit. Everyone is expendable. You have to pay your hourly draw back out of your commissions so there is literally no risk to the company for anything. If something is missing from inventory, all employees working that day split the cost of it. Rather than figuring out how to stop theft, its easier to just make the employees pay for something that isn't their fault.
