      Pros

      -Good people to work with, for the most part.

      Cons

      -Cut commission structure which decreased pay substantially. -Paid once a month so tax hit is huge. -Chargebacks are ridiculous. This could be dependent upon contract with Verizon, but regardless, there should be some insurance here. A $4,000 before tax paycheck can drop to $3,000 before taxes because of chargebacks.

      Pros

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
