Pros
-excellent pay -uncapped earning potential -realistic opportunity to make 60-80k (minimum of 40k) -some of the best co-workers and local management that I've been around -great support from GM and Sales Team Leaders -hefty discount on Verizon service -quarterly dinners and prizes for sales performance
Cons
-upper management seem to not allow for much local decision making and make blanket decisions that adversely affect morale -open 9am-9pm: being open past 8pm is not only ridiculous, but it has lead to unsafe conditions for reps and is deflating to sit at a store for hours without opportunity -bonus levels are increasingly a juggling act and make reps second guess themselves on certain sales because it will negatively affect their bonuses. Also leads to poor customer interaction -not a ton of movement within the company -guaranteed to have to work 1 to 2 weekend days, but that's the nature of retail -Not a Cellular Sales issue, but Verizon's systems are a joke. Makes your job much more difficult than it needs to be at times.
